Sorry I hit the wrong button..... If you would like to have a more complete nutritional lunch or dinner smoothie, try adding these...
a carrot, handful of seeds or nuts ( pumpkin or sunflower for a change ), tablespoon applecider vingar ( unprocessed & organic ), sun dried tomatoes, handful hemp seeds for more protein... This mixture may be too thick, so I add 1-2 cups of live water... It will still be very green with the addition of these colors...

Sounds nice - and I have all of these things. I think I will try it tomorrow. Good luck with raw. I'm new too and something tells me it will be worth it.
