2 cup H2o
2 cup spinach
1 handful kale
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 tablespoon hemp protein powder
1 teaspoon vanilla, optional
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 teaspoon almond butter,, for creaminess
1 handful blueberries
To prepare this…I just stick everything into a blender for about 1 minute or until everything comes together smoothly. You can add more hemp protein or ground flax for more fiber. For a lil more sweetness I sometimes at a couple slices of banana. peace and love, enjoy!
