Tocotrienols is raw rice bran whole-food. it is a full protein with numerous vitamins, minerals and such as well as vitamin E and B source. In recipes it can be added to salads, drinks, soups, pâtés… hope you can explore it. It is quite wonderful. As you will learn it does not have relationship to coconut oil. Coconut flour is to make recipe smoother consistency as well as add some sweetness.

That is one Excellent crepe recipe. Guessing your Tocotrienols refer to coconut oil, only because of the coconut flour, that and Palm are regarded as best source of the better than vitamin E antioxidants family!Use a mandoline to cut that daikon into garnish "threads"! Or super sharp knife skills! ... seriously great ingredient list.
