1 1/2 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
3 or 4 dates
1/8 cup chia and/or hemp seed (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 cup agave syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 apple or pear, or 1 cup berries (optional)
1 cup sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)
1/2 to 1 cup raisins
1. Put first 6 ingredients into the food processor and chop until well mixed.
2. Add remaining ingredients and process just enough to mix these in.
3. Spread on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 115 F overnight. You may have to flip and dehydrate another 4 hours or so the next day if they are still soft on the bottom.
4. Store in air tight container.

I couldn't find a raw nut bar I really liked so decided to created my own.
As always with raw, make the bar to suit your taste.
Experiment, add, delete. Have fun and enjoy great raw treats!
