Yield10 cookies, depending on how you cut them
1 cup walnuts (ground)
3 tablespoons cinnamon
¼ cup raisins
½ cup honey or maple syrup
1. Ground up walnuts in smaller pieces.
2. in a separate bowl mix up honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and raisins.
3. Add walnuts a little at a time while stirring. Mixture should be soft and mushy, and able to stick together well like wet sand.
4. Put in dehydrator at 105 F for approximately 24 hours. Enjoy!

I made this one day just trying to figure out a way to use up some walnuts that I had laying around.
The measurements are just estimated. I just kind of threw it all together by my tastes.
It worked best for me when there was enough honey to make it soft and mushy. I know these aren’t exactly oatmeal cookies either.
My husband tried them and that's what he thought it tasted like, which I think they do, too.
