Creating Healthy Habits
Olive Leaf powder
Place in a bowl:
Ginger, fresh grated to your taste (we use about 1 tablespoon each)
1/2 Apple, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1 Cup Suede Hills Green Leaf Stevia Water*
In a small coffee grinder grind together:
1 Tablespoon Chia seed
1 Tablespoon flax seed
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin/Sunflower seed blend
1-2 Tablespoons Suede Hills Alfalfa Powder
1 Teaspoon Suede Hills Olive Leaf Powder
1 Tablespoon almonds or other nuts (optional)
Pour this mixture on top of the apple mixture and stir. Then top with 3/4 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup cranberries. Mix it all together and add banana slices on top. This breakfast usually keeps us energized until noon or one o'clock.
*Suede Hills Green Leaf Stevia Water
To make this base liquid: place 2 teaspoons of our Green Leaf Stevia Powder into a 2 litre jug then fill with water. We prefer to keep this in the fridge an allow it to steep for at least an hour or more. We always keep plenty on hand. It works great in drinks or recipes.
Okay so basically this is a bowl of fruits and a mixture of powders, nuts, and seeds that are delicious and alkalizing.
