The Rawtarian's Thoughts

By The Rawtarian

This juice is perfect because it's inexpensive but very satisfying. A perfect breakfast juice!

This is my favorite juice of all time. The flavor is a perfect balance of sweet and zing. Plus the ingredients are inexpensive and available all year round.

Love ginger? Add 1 more tablespoon. (Don't have ginger? You can omit it. It'll still be good. Only not as zingy.)

The juicer that I use is the Breville Juice Fountain.

Hello, I was planning on making this smoothie for breakfast but don't have apples, is there anything I can substitute them with? Thanks so much.

Hi Leah!

This is a juice recipe. If you're going to make it in a juicer you can simply omit the apples :)

Aha. Laura-Jane I just listened to your Podcast on my ride to work this morning and was wondering what your carrot juice recipe was that you talked about. I am so excited to find it here. I can't wait to try it. I need to go to the grocery store so I can make this. By the way, I always core my apples since I found out the seeds of apples contain arsenic.
