here's the recipe to make a nice serving for one:

1/2 c. almonds

1.5- 2 c. pure water

4 pitted dates (or 2-4Tbl agave, honey, maple syrup, yakon, stevia, coconut sugar: amount depends on your sweetness likings! )

1 vanilla been or 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract

1/4-1/2 tsp. cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice

pinch sea salt

Recipe Directions

blend in vitamix for about 45-60 seconds

variations:

use banana

freeze by adding either ice or frozen bananas (sooo yummy)

add spirits for a more 'adult' drink
