3 cup raw pine nuts (soaked 2 hours)
4 sun-dried tomatoes (soaked 2 hours)
½ small pepper (seeds and core removed)
1 lemon (juiced)
1 clove garlic
1. Blend all ingredients with blender until smooth. Spread on dehydrated cracker to enjoy.
2. After blending all ingredients, spread mixture on dehydrator sheet about 1/4 inch thick and dehydrate at 115 about 6 to 24 hours until firm as you want. ( I dehydrated longer and they were harder and were sort of like baked dairy cheese – I put on my Raw Pizza!). Remember to flip over in middle of dehydrating time.

This recipe came from “The Complete Book of Raw Foods” by Shazzie but I modified it a bit.
You can use this just blended or dehydrate it which is what I did.
