1 lemon , juiced
2 cup frozen dark sweet cherries

Recipe Directions

Put it all in the blender andadd water to get your desired consistency. This was a great dinner last night (its was 104 here) ughh…Enjoy!

I saw this recipe and went straight out and bought frozen cherries last night--this is definitely on my menu for this week. I bet it would also be good with strawberries or raspberries. Thank you for sharing!

It was very smooth more juice but still a little icy. I added a good amount of water.I wanted it to be more like lemonade than a smoothie. It was good I am having it again tonight!

Hi ambikalee! Thanks for this! Was yours really chuncky or was it blended till smooth like a smoothie? Did you water it down a lot? This would be great for inflamation\arthritis.

This looks like its really good. I just added the cherries to the grocery list! Have you tried it with a sparkling water?
