Joined July 31, 2007I first went raw in 1987, well before the current "gourmet" raw movement. Ann Wigmore was my main influence then, so my diet consisted in large part of sprouted grains & legumes (which it turned out I did not digest well at the time), plus plenty of fruits, veggies and fresh juices. I stayed 100% raw, along with my son (then 3 years old) for 3 years. My husband was tolerant, but not extremely supportive. So, by and by I began incorporating more cooked foods back into my diet. As a family we were high raw to totally raw all through the years. Then after many years of health ups & downs, and the advent of the "gourmet" raw/living foods movement, I decided the time had come to go 100% again. This time I had my husband, two teens & one young adult along for the ride. Everyone enjoyed my delicious gourmet living food so much that we just eventually phased out cooking altogether. We stayed a 100% Raw Family from 2007 through 2014. Over the last year we have begun to allow a high quality cooked meal on occasion again, just to be more balanced. As an energetics consultant I assist people with balancing all aspects of their life - improving Health & Fitness, Relationships, Finances, Rejuvenation, Success & Achievement, and much more.
