¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
¼ cup yacon, agave, or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup cacao powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon (optional)
Recipe Directions
1. Melt coconut oil.
2. Stir in sweetener and vanilla, then add 1/2 to 1 cup of cacao powder till thick and difficult to stir.

IS there any way to get that powder texture out when making things with cacao powder?

If you stir it too much, it gets grainie... I use a fork and stir it until it is just mixed... Usually looks shinny and smooth and tastes that way... Good luck!!!
