Ingredients
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Sprinkle of sea salt
4 teaspoons cacao powder
¼ vanilla bean (seeds only)
6 ounces coconut water
2 ounces water
1 ounce pine nuts, macadamia nuts or Brazil nuts (unsoaked)
Recipe Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend away.

I was trying to make chocolate pine nut yogurt, but I ended up making a richer version of this delicious nut mylk instead!
Nut mylks made with coconut water rule!
You can use any kind of nut, but a high oil content nut like the ones below are best if you want a creamy nut mylk.
