Ingredients

15 strawberries
2 cup spinach
1 cup rocket (arugula)
2 sticks of celery
1 teaspoon spirulina (optional)
1½ teaspoon maca (optional)
5 leaves of fresh mint
½ avocado

Recipe Directions

Note: if you want this more sweet tasting, use 20 strawberries (at least), a few tablespoons of orange juice and only 1 cup or less of each of the greens. Also, try adding a lot more mint to cover up any green taste :)

Put the strawberries, a spoon or two of water and half the greens. Blend until smooth. Add the celery, the rest of the greens, blend until smooth again. Then add the last of the ingredients. Add ice cubes if you want it cold.

If your blender starts clogging up, stop blending, take the jug off of the blender and shake or tip upside down (make sure the lid is on!) and then put back on the blender to get the blade moving better.
