Ingredients
SALAD
2 to 3 cups mixed baby greens
1 cup dandelion greens
Sprig mint leaves (torn)
3 strawberries (sliced)
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup red raspberries
Half a navel orange (peeled, cut up)
DRESSING
Half an orange (peeled)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon agave or a soft date (pitted)
Pinch of salt and pepper (optional)
Recipe Directions
SALAD
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
DRESSING
2. Combine all dressing ingredients in Magic Bullet until creamy.
3. Pour over salad and enjoy!

hi Mikfizzle.....you can leave the agave out, especially if you have a sweet juicy orange....the dandelion is quite bitter, so I made sure the dressing was sweet:)

Looks beautiful! I've heard that dandelions are great at getting rid of cellulite ( which I need to get rid of) too. Can't wait to try it after my juice feast.

This looks so tasty - and the sweet orange dressing is so easy to make I wish i had some agave on hand.
