1 cup

Ingredients
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup walnuts
1/2 rip of celery
2 tablespoons onions (chopped)
Dash of salt
Sprinkle of lemon juice
Handful of fresh dill
Recipe Directions
1. Process nuts in a food processor.
2. Add everything else and process until crumbly. Add water to make it more pasty.

kholrabi is delicious, like crisp, slightly sweet broccoli stems. yum. sounds delicious.

Hi, I do something similar using sunflower + leek + cherry tomato. I guess leek give you a less strong onion taste. Peace.
