1 1/2 cup cranberries
1/2 cup red grapes
1 small piece of ginger root
1 beet root
1. Wash and dry the ingredients.
2. Throw all the ingredients in your juicer. I started with the grapes, added the cranberries, then the ginger (just like a really small sliver of it), next came the beet root and finally a nice big granny smith apple.
Got a HUGE bag of cranberries on sale and had no idea what to do with them so this morning, decided I would like cranberry juice.
It’s sweeter than I thought and really hit the spot for me.
I have actually substituted a cucumber for the apple and had less of a sweetie in the morning.
Red grapes = Lotsa Vitamin C and Manganese
Cranberries = Great source of Vitamin C,manganese and antioxidants
Beet Root = Bunches of Folic Acid, Boron, Manganese,Potassium and Vitamin C
Big Apple = lots of vitamin C
