Makes one pint
Ingredients
.33 cup Almonds, Soaked overnight
1½ tablespoon Poppy seeds
1½ tablespoon Shelled hemp seeds
1½ tablespoon Seasame seeds
½ cup water
2 tablespoon Raw cacao powder
1 Banana, broken into about 3 pieces
1 Orange, peeled and cut in half
1 Apple, Cored and cut into chunks
8 Raspberries, none!
Recipe Directions
Add the hemp, seasame and poppy seeds along with the almons and water, blend till nut milk-like.
Add cacao then fruit and blend again.

I put the popy seeds in as they are very high in protein (about 50% from memory) and also very high in calcium (can't remember how much, but a lot!)

Poppy seeds - what an interesting addition! I'll keep an eye on this recipe, as it would be a nice way to enjoy my hemp seeds.
