Recipe Directions

First, blend raw hummus with bell pepper slice, then scoop about 1 tbsp. onto each kale leaf (taco shell). Cover each taco with crunchy sprouts, squirt some lime (or lemon) juice on top and you’re done!

Yum, yum, yum.

I like making up stupid names for my recipes, sorry. It makes them seem more exciting to me, hahaha. Anyway…these are sprout tacos, pretty self-explanatory but very, very delicious in my opinion.

I don't have a whole lot of time to make dinner this evening - I was wondering what I was going to have. Problem solved.

I already have the hummus made at home. Quick and easy!

I love recipes like this. It contains all the ingredients which I always have around at home. Kale leaves aren't always available but just about any large green leaf can be substituted. I always have sprouts going in the kitchen and always make fresh chickpea hummus every couple of days.

This was awesome. Easy to make (which I like). I used Romaine lettuce instead of Kale (not a big Kale fan) and added avocado slices. Excellent recipe. Will definitely make this one again.
