Yield
Makes cookies for 2-6 people
Ingredients
¼ cup pine nuts
½ cup macadamia nuts (soaked)
¼ cup Brazil nuts
1 kiwi (peeled)
1 Granny Smith apple (cored)
Recipe Directions
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
2. Spoon onto Teflex sheet and dehydrate approximately 8 hours for soft cookies.
Notes:
It would be pretty to cut some kiwi slices and put on top of the cookie before dehydrating. The kiwi gives it such a fun taste!
This idea would be great in a crepe size and possibly adding a banana.
I wanted to add coconut too.
Writeeternity's Thoughts

Super easy and yummy!
Great in the morning warm off of the dehydrator.
