Ingredients
1 banana
½ cup quinoa (sprouted)
¼ cup nut milk
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
10 almonds (cut in half)
½ cup blackberries
Recipe Directions
1. Combine quinoa, half of the banana, milk, and a pinch of salt in blender.
2. Mash the other half of the banana and combine with the honey. Fold in with the other mixture.
3. Top with fruit, nuts (chop the nuts in half), and cinnamon.

Is the quinoa sprouted? I didn't realize you could eat it without sprouting!

This looks delicious! Can't wait to try it... I have to wait for an open space - I have way too many things sprouting/soaking right now! Haha.

I like how you took a bite out of it..then took the pic.You usually don't see that in food pics. I think it's a nice touch. Makes me wanna have the next bite. :)

Sounds great. I make a similar dish with ground brown rice. Be sure to rinse the quinoa to remove saponins. Allison
