Ingredients
2 cup Zucchini, Chopped
1 Large Tomato, Chopped
1 tablespoon Onion, Chopped
¼ cup Cold-Pressed Olive Oil
¼ cup Cold-Pressed Hemp Oil
¼ cup Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Fresh Basil
1 tablespoon Fresh Oregano
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
1 tablespoon Fresh Dill
1 clove Garlic
Sea Salt to taste
Recipe Directions
Place Zucchini, Tomato, & Onion in bowl and set aside.
Combine Olive Oil, Hemp Oil, Lemon, Herbs, Garlic, & Sea Salt in Food Processor and blend well. Add to zucchini mixture and marinate for about 1 hour before serving.

Ooh, we have lemon thyme growing on our windowsill, so i'll have to try that!
Asparagus sounds great too, i wish we had some of it growing in our garden! Maybe we can find some at the store..

Thanks ! I just added 1 or 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme ! YUM espcially with the garlic!

I really love zuchini now that I've been eating raw. I love it dehydrated a little too. This looks yummy!
