Ingredients
Cucumbers
Sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. Slice fresh, organic slicing cucumbers with mandolin (not too thin though).
2. Spread out on dehydrator trays, sprinkle with sea salt. Any other preferred flavoring is great too.
3. Dehydrate till crispy. Serve with salsa, or nut butter, or anything else you usually eat with a chip.
Note:
Also makes a good cracker substitute, to be eaten with nut cheese or dip.
3dom's Thoughts
By 3dom I didn't see this here when I searched.
It is so simple that it needs no recipe, but still nice for a new idea that someone may not have tried.

Hadn't tried it actually, and I do have some cucumbers! Will have to give it a try.
Thanks

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
