½ cup almonds, chopped
½ cup cashews, chopped
½ cup parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons shoyu soy sauce
1. Blend all the ingredients together until they form a cheesy consistency. Voila!
