Ingredients
1 Avocado
1 cup Water
¼ cup Olive Oil
3 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Dried Basil or 2T fresh
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup Cilantro - loosely packed
Recipe Directions
Throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy! It is that simple.

CORRECTION! It should be 1/4C oil, not 1 cup. SO SORRY!

It will last several days. Our never lasted longer than two days, but only because we ate it so fast!

so yummy! this replicates a salad dressing that i used to get at a restaurant where i used to live...only raw!
