1. Blend all ingredients on a blender or small food processor with an S blade until smooth and creamy.

2. Refrigerate before using (I prefer this) or serve immediately.

I like how this looks. I've been earching for a raw french dressing for so long like Thousand Islands that i grew up on that was orange and really creamy. Few questions. I know that the french dressing i like includes sugar. I'm guessing i could add raw organic vegan agave but how much? and what is a replacement for the yellowroot powder? I'm remembering a spice so i will look for it and come back.
