Ingredients
4 Zucchini, Spiral Sliced
2½ cup Clean Water
2 Avocados
¼ Sun-Dried Dulse, Soak about 5 minutes in water
1¼ cup Sun-Dried Alaria, Soak about 5 minutes in water
1 Orange
¼ Yellow Onion
1 Lemon, squeezed
1 Lime, Squeezed
1 Roma Tomatoe
1 Habanero Pepper
2 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Dill
3 tablespoon (each) Oregano, Thyme, Sage, Basil, Cilantro
¼ Red Onion
Recipe Directions
While soaking your Seaweed in to soften it, slice your Zucchini with a spiral slicer and place in a large bowl. (Or veggie peeler if you don’t have the slicer)
In your food processor toss the Avocado, seaweed with it’s soak water, Yellow Onion, Garlic, Orange, Lemon and Lime Juice, Tomato, Pepper and Herbs. Process everything until it has reached a desirable consistency.
Finely slice your Red Onion and mix everything together in the large bowl.
I also ended up tossing a pinch of Curry on the final product.
Chakra essence's Thoughts
By chakra essenceOkay, So this is a bit weird, but bare with me here! :) I didn’t have any other veggies in the house so I came up with this in like a 10 minute span. It tastes like it would easily take on and compliment any other flavors. I’m sure you can alter it however you see fit.

How cool....I have been having a very simple version of this for my lunch, just spiralised zucchini with a sauce made of soaked seeweed and mushrooms, add some garlic chives if you have them, blend until smooth and creamy, a little avo goes well in it too. I love this.
