Recipe Directions

1. Mix together the lime juice and honey for the lime dressing. Adjust sweet and sour flavor to taste.

3. Mound the pomegranate arils in the center of 4 plates.

3. Slice the bananas around the perimeter of the arils.

4. Drizzle with prepared lime dressing and serve.
