Ingredients

3 bananas (sliced)
2 limes (juiced)
Bit of agave nectar or honey
1 cup pomegranate arils

Recipe Directions

1. Mix together the lime juice and honey for the lime dressing. Adjust sweet and sour flavor to taste.

3. Mound the pomegranate arils in the center of 4 plates.

3. Slice the bananas around the perimeter of the arils.

4. Drizzle with prepared lime dressing and serve.

I love pomegranate and banana.

I’m subbing nectar/honey for where they had sugar, though.
