Ingredients
1½ tablespoons purple corn (ground)
1 cup water
¼ cup cacao powder or nibs
1 cup cashew milk
Piece of vanilla bean
1½ tablespoons (or more) of yacon, honey, or agave
Recipe Directions
1. Grind up purple corn kernels in a coffee grinder or simply grind them in the blender with 1 cup of water.
2. Strain the purple corn, and you will get a nice dark purple milk.
3. Add the cashew milk and the other ingredients and blend well.
