1 pint shiitake mushrooms (marinated)
1 clove garlic (minced)
½ cup water
2 tablespoons namu shoya or sea salt to your taste
½ cup apple cider vinigar
1. Marinate mushrooms overnight.
2. Put in the dehydrator for 6 or so hours and viola, crisps that remind me of salt and vinegar chips!

I had some shiitake mushrooms left over from mushroom soup earlier this week and thought what the heck I can stuff these with pesto like the button ones right? Well not exactly ;)
I had them in the dehydrator all day, oops!
The pesto slid off and the shiitakes turned into chips!
Well there where only 5 or 6 of them so I had to hide the evidence of my “failure” right?
Yum yum, going put a whole tray in tomorrow after a trip to the market for more shiitake!!!
Oh yeah, the pesto stuffed mushrooms where divine and somehow disappeared as my hubby was “sampling”!
