32 ounce Watermelon juice, juice with rind and seeds
1 tablespoon Pure Synergy powder
1 tablespoon Health Force Spirulina powder
2 sprinkle Cinnamon powder
1. Juice the watermelon, including the rind and seeds in juicer. 2. Put the juice and powders in a blender and blend briefly to mix. 3. Grab a lawn chair, sit in the sun, savor, and enjoy!

I have been juice fasting since July 4 and am trying to include some green powder and spirulina daily. I suppose any green powder and spirulina would be fine, but I like the flavor of Pure Synergy and love, love, love the flavor of Health Force Spirulina (I have been known to eat it plain and that’s saying something for me!) You can use additional spirulina as desired.
I love the taste of this drink and actually crave it. When I start eating again I plan on using the same ingredients and making smoothies.
