I'm just starting out in raw - I was introduced to it in Australia 2 years ago, but was moving about a lot looking for a place to buy, then when I did find this place have spent the last 6 months deep in building work. Now I have a bit more time to concentrate on the raw food side of my way of life. I have gradually cut out a lot of different food types and raw seems to be what is left and suits me best. I would eventually like to provide it for guests as well.</p>
