<p>Live in Los Angeles, California. I first learned about raw food in 2002 after hearing some of the talks by the raw food gurus. I started to eat that way back then. Over the years I experimented with different ways to eat, mostly raw, all raw, all vegan, etc. Late in 2005 I healed a difficult case of ulcerative colitis (the doc said he had never seen a worse case) with natural hygiene and raw food. In 2006 I discovered the 80/10/10 diet and I currently follow it and natural hygiene to a very high level. I am living proof that natural hygiene is real.</p> <p>See my Natural Hygiene blog!
