Recipe Directions

In the mornings when I get up, I blend some greens with almond milk and fresh coconut in the blender and then add half of the frozen bananas and blend to a chunky paste. Then I add carob and the rest of the bananas and blend until it has the texture of ice cream.
This makes a great summer breakfast, and you can add lots of superfoods like mesquite meal to it as well.
