Yieldserves 1, aprox 24oz
2 cups fresh almond milk 2 frozen bananas 4-6 pitted dates 1 tbsp raw cashew butter 1 tbsp cacao powder 1 tbsp bee pollen 1 tbsp hemp seeds 1 tbsp raw agave nectar
i get the blender going after i have added the almond milk, bananas, and dates keep it running on low and add the rest of the ingredients, then blend on high for a minute
