4 medium avocados
2 cups agave
1 cup of nut butter (any works but I used cashew this time, next I want to try pecan)
pinch of salt
1/4 cup cacao powder (more or less to taste)
Put all of the above in the food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Depending on the consistency you desire you may add water.
I put mine in the fridge to set and serve chilled and topped with cacao nibs or other dried fruit.

This is a very sweet and lovely pudding that can be modified with any flavor but this one calls for cacao powder.
