1/2 cup carob
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup powdered red or white quinoa
1 1/2 cups coconut water (about 1 coconut yield)
Grind quinoa to a powder in a coffee grinder. make sure it's really fine.
Add powder and 1/2 cup of coconut water.
Blend well and then add the remaining cup of coconut water and blend again.
add the remaining ingredients
blend and serve chilled
