Organic Spinach Leaves (2-3 cups/1 package), Washed
Avocado (1/2), The whole avocado will make it more creamy
Red Bell Pepper (1-med size), Wash, remove seeds
Hulled Sesame Seeds (1/2 cup)
White onion (just a slice), Chopped (don't use too much)
Garlic (1/2 a clove), Chopped
Cucumber (3 inches of med width), Washed. With or without skin
Celtic Sea Salt (a good pinch)
Bragg Liquid Aminos (1/4 cup)
Water (filtered or charged) 2 cups
Ginger (1/2 tsp fresh)*, Optional
Fresh Basil (5-10 leafs), Washed
Fresh Mint (5-10 leafs or a twig of leafs), Washed
Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend to your own desired consistency. Can serve immediately. This soup goes really nicely with Triscuits or Wheat crackers, can also serve it in topped off Red or Green peppers. Very delicious, very healthy. To spice it up, you can add 1/2 a jalapeno. I like to keep it somewhat thick by using a little less water, and dipping my wheat crackers into it (but that’s me). Add more water and blend longer to make a fantastic vegetable juice drink. Everyone I’ve ever served it to loves it.
