2 bag frozen corn, thawed
¾ cup raw walnuts
¾ cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 cup water
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed. Until smooth.
Optionally, top with diced avocado, extra corn, diced tomato, or anything else that sounds tasty!
