Yield1 dozen deviled eggs
6 small avos, peeled, depitted and halved
1 cup macadamia nut creme(macs and a little water)
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon minced pickles( your preference)
1 teaspoon ground mustard seed
1 teaspoon tumeric or more for deeper yellow
salt to taste
pinch paprika to decorate each "egg"
mix all ingredients into macadamia nut creme(EXCEPT AVOS) then pipe into avos and sprinkle with paprika

Ok so i fell for it, the sign said 15 avos for 3 bucks…..well sure MINI AVOS!! no worrys though as picnic season is fast approaching not to mention st.paddys day where green food is all the rage….hubby gave these two thumbs up with yummy noises! enjoy…ps for sweeter eggs use less vinegar and a touch of agave.
