Yieldserves one or two in a lite meal.
1 cup Walnuts or almonds
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon tumeric
½ cup water
¼ cup cilantro
½ cup tomato, diced
2 tablespoon scallions
pinch black pepper
The ingredients from the walnuts to the water is the pate. Mix well by hand. Add the pate to the last ingredients and stir together. and there you have it. scrambled eggs.Scoop over a bed of spinach.

I found this on a web site, I just can’t remember which one. I hand copied it ages ago. I love it. Have fun with this. Serve it up with Bacon (found on this site)or fruit or on some Better Than Sliced Bread(fond on this site) for a sandwich.
