Creating Healthy Habits
1 bag green tea and water to fill a large mug (mine was flavored with mint and lemongrass too)
a few drops stevia
Brew tea and sweeten with stevia or your preferred sweetener (a bit sweeter than you'd normally do). Place in fridge to cool down for a few hours. Pour into 2 popsicle molds and freeze several hours.
great for a hot day!
I suppose any type of tea would work here. It is icier than a fruit pop. Fun way to drink some tea on a hot day.
