Berry Blue Toes's Thoughts

By Berry Blue Toes

I really enjoy spiral cut zucchini (I use a spirooli to make mine) - if you don't have one you can cut your zucchini into strips. I adapted this recipe to raw from a traditional cookbook.

That looks really good...love Asian salads!!! This would be really good with a sweet and sour type sauce on it too!

Thanks for the recipe, I enjoyed it. I made the following modifications to suit my tastes. I added about 1T garlic chives and some grated frozen ginger. Instead of zuchinni, which I didn't have, I make pumpkin shavings and added seaweed. YUMMY! Will be making more today.

There is a wheat free version available in Canada - I'm sure Bragg Liquid Aminos would be just as tasty :)
