1 Large Onion, Cut into rings
4 tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Water (filtered)
Sea Salt to Taste
1 cup Gold Flax Seed, Ground
1 cup Ground Almonds, Un-soaked
2 teaspoon Paprika
2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper
in 2 different bowls mix as such. Bowl #1: olive oil, water, sea salt Bowl #2: flax seed, almonds, paprika, nutritional yeast, salt & pepper
Dip each ring in bowl #2 then into bowl #1 and now back into bowl #2. Place on dehydrator trays without teflex sheets. Dehydrate 10-14 hrs @ 105 degrees or until crispy. Serve Warm! YUM :)

To die for! Great mix with a sun burger, a salad topping, in soup or just as a snack. I eat them straight out of the dehydrator. You can double, tripple or whatever this recipe. Make as much as you want.
