3 Sun dried tomatoes ( or 1/2 cup store bought)
2 Large Fresh Tomatoes
1 cup Marinated Raw Olives( Green & Kalamata)
4 Mushrooms, diced/sliced
2 large Garlic Cloves, minced
¼ cup Fresh Basil, chopped
1 small onion, minced
.125 cup raw pine nuts
1 tablespoon Organic Italian Seasoning
In a bowl, Chop and mix all ingredients together… ( don’t use the food processor or blender)..
Stick in the fridge for 1/2 hour to marinate ..Thats it!
Spread over ur raw bread, crackers or use it on vege or raw nori rolls. I like to stick some on my bread & heat it up in the dehydrator
