Ingredients
About 25 colorful heirloom tomatoes (cut into smaller bite size pieces)
1/2 onion (cut into smaller pieces)
1/2 jalapeño pepper (cut into very little pieces)
Juice from 1/2 lime
1 whole mango (sliced into bite sized pieces)
1/4 teaspoon agave
Pinch of sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. After cutting all ingredients into bite size pieces, combine in a bowl and toss together.
2. If you like chunky salsa, leave as is and refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors combine.
3. If you like a smoother salsa, put everything into a blender or food processor and pulse a couple of times. It should leave it a little chunky but still smooth. Refrigerate.
KMcR's Thoughts
By KMcR Delicious Sweet Mango Salsa that will go on anything!
Despite the jalapeño, this salsa is very light and sweet and has only a little spicy aftertaste.
Because of the colors of the tomatoes, it looks bright and summery!
I ate mine with some sliced orange bell pepper and it was so delicious!
Makes a great dip for veggies or bring to a party for an appetizer!
