2 cup wild rice, soaked 2+ days
1 pomegranate, seeded
4 pears, ripe but firm. Skinned and finely chopped
1 red apple, firm and slightly tart. Skinned and finely chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
½ lemon, juice thereof
all ORGANIC of course!!! i imagine one could use a bit of freshly squeezed orange juice in lieu of lemon and achieve another fabulous taste. even fresh pineapple juice for our friends in hawaii :)
toss or mix depending on your specific style or approach to RAWly lightful living…enjoy!
