It has only been a few weeks(today is 21 April 2018) but I did go fully raw a few years ago but wasn't quite ready back then. To be totally honest, I think it had to do with me being a little lazy and probably making preparation of the food a little bit more difficult than it aught to have been. I had a dehydrator(Still have it but haven't used it yet) and most of my meals consisted of carrot, flax, and raisin crackers with some delicious topping.

I have been cleansing and detoxing for the best past of six months. Because I hoped to go fully raw once I was through, I had been steaming, or stir-frying my mixed veggies over a progressively shorter time period, so that they were almost raw but still had that cooked taste. Going fully raw wasn't a big leap with the vegetables but cutting out the grains and potatoes was a big step but I haven't craved for them nor obsessed over them since going raw although it has only been a few weeks so time will tell. My heart says raw is the true and natural way and I am also very aware that the wrong conditioning runs very deep and can need some working on.

I came across the community whilst doing a google search for "Is mucoid plaque real". I'm researching it so that I can write-up an article on it on my website and very much looking forward in participating in the discussions and maybe adding so views, recipes etc of my own and possibly networking too.
