i had some wilting lemon basil in the fridge and couldnt see wasting it so i blended up this smoothie this morning and its terrific! i guess if you had no lemon basil you could add basil and one lemon for the same refreshing effect

2 apples(fugi), peeled, decored
1 bunch spinach
5 lemon basil leaves
2 tablespoon agave or your choice sweetner
1 banana
2 cup h20

blend all in high speed blender, enjoy!
