Recipe Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

2. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving. I like to play with the seasonings by sometimes adding more lemon, cinnamon, or a little maple syrup for extra sweetness.

It’s great for breakfast with dehydrated buckwheat sprouts sprinkled on top or mixed with sprouted quinoa.

This recipe was INCREDIBLE! Quick and easy...which is a priority for me...and DELICIOUS! I over did it a bit with the cinnamon, but it was a quick fix! No doubt this will become a regular item for me! Thanks!

I made an account just so I could rate this 5 stars! It was delicious. I juiced a whole lemon instead of just one half, and I used 1/2 cup of shredded coconut instead of just 1/4, because I love coconut so much. Oh, and I also forgot to chop the walnuts; I just grabbed a handful and threw them in.

It tastes just like apple pie, except BETTER. Thanks for the awesome recipe!
